If your complaint concerns a faulty product or problems with the staff then you will have to contact the Head Office of the Retailer concerned  directly. 
We would also like to point out that we are not connected to any shop or retailer and that you must contact them directly at either branch level or at their head office as we will no longer follow up any complaints.
We can no longer take up your complaint or contact the Retailer on your behalf

but we will be happy to assist you upon payment of a small charge as per our charge sheet
