To whom it may concern,
My name is Junwei Deng and this is a complaint against Vodafone. 
On 19 Oct 2003, I signed a monthly contract Anytime 200 with Vodafone at Manchester and paid a deposit of 100 Pounds.I was told that the deposit would be refunded after 6 months. 
At the beginning of May 2004, I rang 08700 700191 asking for the refund by cheque. I waited for 3 three weeks but there was no response from Vodafone. At the beginning of June 2004, I dropped in the Vodafone shop in Arndale Centre, Manchester asking for the same thing. One member of staff politely received me and told me that the cheque would arrive at me in a couple of weeks. On July 2nd, I sent a complaint letter to the customer care department of Vodafone. However, I received no response from Vodafone yet.
 I am disappointed because the service that Vodafone provided was unsatisfactory. They did not keep the business promise which is highly esteemed in commercial area.

We sent the above complaint to Vodafone and asked them to expedite the outstanding refund without further delay and they have notified us now that the complaint has been resolved

We have just received the following e-mail from Junwei:
Vodafone has sent me the refund cheque.
