Today Wednesday 29/10/03 I purchased a packet of Kings Meadow 100% beef steak pies.

Well I am writing to inform you these pies were disgusting.

 100% beef that's a joke

They contained no meat apart from a 100% gristle & gravy.  We shop at Lidl quite a lot but won't be buying these pies again; they are not the cheapest pies I ever tasted and the quality is non existent.

 


 
  • We have contacted Lidl at their Head Office in London on behalf of Mr.Anderson and we have asked them to look into the complaint of Mr. Anderson and to contact him directly with their findings.
Mr. Anderson notified us on the 7th November 2003 as follows:
The matter was resolved with a г5 gift voucher and an apology.
