Air

Freshener

I visited the Lidl Store in Burton On Trent around six weeks ago to complain about a faulty air freshener, when I sprayed it, a direct jet came out and as a result stained the curtains in the room, they will need to be dry cleaned, I filled out a report in the shop and they said it would be sent to head office for a compensation claim, to date I have not received any information or correspondence from Lidl, I am doubting that the complaint ever got as far as head office, ?? the manager in the store gave a refund for the faulty spray and tried it out in the shop and agreed that there was a fault.

 


We passed the above e-mail to Lidl Head Office and asked them to re-check this matter with their manager at their Burton on Trent store and to contact Mrs Patterson directly
Mrs. Patterson has now e-mailed us and confirmed that her complaint has been settled by Lidl as follows
Thank you for your help with the complaint, Lidl have contact us and have sent a г5 voucher and also agreed to pay for the drycleaning.
 Once again thank you very much for your time and effort
