Cover

 

 

 

When I purchased a car cover from the Ayr branch of Lidl I asked the assistant, if it was not suitable could I bring it back & he said YES. When I got it home & read the instructions for use it said the cover could not be left on the car for more than 3 days. As I am going on holiday for 7 weeks, it is no good to me. When I took it back they refused to refund my money г9-99
I thought it was very unfair as the cover is of no use to me & I explained that to them
 


We e-mailed Mrs Rennie and established that the car cover she tried to return was still in it's original packaging and we consequently contacted Lidl and asked them to re-consider their decision
Lidl confirmed promptly that they have contacted Mrs. Rennie directly and, as we have not heard from Mrs. Rennie since, we assume that her complaint has now been settled and that her money has been refunded.
