Heart Rate Monitor

I bought a heart rate monitor on 07/07/2004
It did not work so I took it back next day .
The manageress agreed it did not work and offered a replacement which I refused.

Apparently she cannot refund money while she has stock, but she will exchange for goods.

The cost was £14.99 and I have a receipt.


 

 
We have told Kastanie to go back to the store and request a full refund.
Current consumer law is quite straight forward - if the item is faulty or not of merchantable quality then the consumer is entitled to a full refund
If you don't want a replacement  you do not have to accept it
