This website has been created to help consumers to obtain their rights if they feel that they are entitled to refunds or compensation for goods and services they did not receive or if they have been sold faulty goods. The majority of complaints arise from negligence or incompetence by staff and employees and it is very rare that companies deliberately set out to defraud their customers. Most companies, for this very reason, will only be too happy to put things right once they have been confronted with the complaint as any complaint damages their reputation. When you feel that you have been mistreated for one reason or the other complain to the Manager or the Managing Director of this company Always keep your temper, be calm and logical in your approach and insist firmly that your complaint is put right. Bear in mind that your complaint must be reasonable to succeed. There are numerous organisation which can help you in pursuing your claim such as the Standards Trading Office which is part of your local council or the Small Claims service within the County Court. We are inviting the consumers in the United Kingdom to send us their complaints for publication including completed and settled claims as we feel that this would, in the long term, help all of us to reduce the necessity of us complaining and make it easier for all consumers to obtain a fair and just settlement. Regretfully we had to withdraw our offer of FREE help and assistance and we now have to charge a nominal fee of £10.00 which will be donated to charity. Our assistance used to be FREE on the understanding that the complainants who have requested our assistance would be keeping us fully informed and updated whilst their complaint was investigated but, regretfully, a large number of consumers did not comply with this condition Our supplement page, which is also accessible from our Home Page will explain our reasons for withdrawing our free assistance in further detail |
