We ordered two 2 seater recliner leather suites ( The Sydney ).We were told delivery would be between 9 - 11 weeks. When in came about 15 weeks later the recliner on one would not work, so they sent someone to fix it. Then a few days after something snapped. On looking underneath where the metal of the recliner fixes, it is screwed into a bit of plywood.
This has snapped and to be quite honest I do not think that plywood would be very strong to used on this part as a lot of strain must go through this.
We contacted customer services to see if they could send a company to fix this and so far after further phone calls they have failed to do so.
We now have a suite that we can not use and are far from happy. We have a 5yr extended warranty that is no good to us as we have not had it fixed.
To Courts credit, thy have contacted Interline and they said they have not had this problem before and would supply us with another suite. This is ok, but we are going to have to wait for another one to be made and delivered. Plus we paid extra money for the warranty and not had the service.
Once again another Interline Italia disaster which does no credit to Courts.
