For well over 12 month now we have been providing a FREE complaints service for consumers in the United Kingdom and as you can see from our website, we have been quite successful and we have achieved some good and notable results.

In addition to the pages published on our website we have literally answered 1000’s of e-mails and we have given

FREE advice and help

to everybody who contacted us.

In cases like the collapse of the COURTS Chain we posted a warning not to part with any money long before the Company called in the receivers,

  we have assisted  consumers in

completing Default Summons in the County Courts and

we have written to the company's concerned on behalf of the consumers and

taken up their cases

We never charged for any of our help or assistance but we did expect a bit of appreciation and and a simple

Regretfully, whilst some consumers were extremely pleased and did express their gratitude, a large number of people who contacted us and who requested our help never had the

COMMON COURTESY TO KEEP US UPDATED OR SHOW THEIR APPRECIATION

For this reason only, we have reluctantly decided to withdraw our offer of

help and assistance

as it is rather heartbreaking to find that you may have spent your valuable time on a query or a project only to be ignored afterwards.
